Christmas and New Years Closure - UPDATED
IMPORTANT REMINDER - The Food Bank will close at 12 p.m. on Christmas Eve and remain closed on Christmas Day. PLEASE NOTE: We will be closed all day on New Year's Eve and on New Year's Day. As a result, all regularly scheduled pick-ups and deliveries will be cancelled during this time. Below are the adjustments to the ordering schedule due to these closures:
- If you are picking up or receiving delivery on Thu., Dec. 26 your ordering window opens on Fri., Dec. 20 at 10:15 am. Your order is due on Mon., Dec. 23 at 9:00 am.
- If you are picking up or receiving delivery on Fri., Dec. 27 your ordering window opens on Mon., Dec. 23 at 10:15 am. Your order is due on Tue., Dec 24 at 9:00 am.
- If you are picking up or receiving delivery on Tue., Dec. 24 your ordering window opens on Tue., Dec. 24 at 10:15am. Your order is due on Thur., Dec. 26 at 9:00am.
- If you are picking up or receiving delivery on Thu., Jan. 2 your ordering window opens on Thu., Dec. 26 at 10:15 am. Your order is due on Fri., Dec 27 at 9:00 am.
- If you are picking up or receiving delivery on Fri., Jan. 3 your ordering window opens on Fri., Dec. 27 at 10:15 am. Your order is due on Mon., Dec 30 at 9:00 am.
- If you are picking up or receiving delivery on Mon., Jan. 6 your ordering window opens on Mon., Dec. 30 at 10:15am. Your order is due on Thur., Jan 2 at 9:00 am.

Central Texas Food Bank has introduced a NEW email address specifically for ordering changes, issues, and adjustments. Please use the email: agencyorders@centraltexasfoodbank.org to directly contact our Internal Distribution team with any questions and requests. We ask that you please CC your relationship manager in your email. If you do not know who your relationship manager is, please agencies@centraltexasfoodbank.org.
Please note that any additions and changes to your order must be sent before your designated ordering window closes. Make sure to include your name, PA number, the item numbers and quantities in your email. Questions about ordering windows can be sent to agencyorders@centraltexasfoodbank.org

All bills and shop-for invoices are sent electronically. Pick orders will now serve as your invoice.

Please note that credit card payments take about 3 business days to process and post to agency accounts. Payments through PayPal or checks take 1-2 weeks to process and post to agency accounts. If you need an emergency credit balance adjustment, please call our agency hotline at (512) 684-2503
Food Bank Closures
Please refer to the Holiday Closures Guide for closure dates for the Central Texas Food Bank. Ordering guidelines for closures will be posted and sent out 30 days prior to these dates so you can plan for your pantry needs.
Food and Product Recalls
Rizo Lopez Foods, Inc. is recalling select dairy products sold in the U.S. due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. Read the official FDA announcement and product details here.
CTFB has not purchased the affected items therefore it was not available on the shopping list, however, it’s possible these items could have been a part of food received through Agency Retail Pick-up or as a part of other donations.
