Ingredients
1 cup of cut-up watermelon
1 cup of peeled and cut-up cucumber
½ lime, juiced
1 tsp honey or agave
1 cup of water
Toppings
Optional: Add 2-3 mint leaves for a fresh taste
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, combine the fruit, water, lime juice, honey or agave, and optional mint leaves
2. Purée until smooth using the smoothie feature
3. Strain the mix to get rid of the pulp
4. Serve immediately, over ice
