Ingredients
1 whole wheat-waffles, toasted
1 tablespoons peanut butter
2 slices of banana, for clouds
1 tablespoons strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoons mango, sliced
1 tablespoons blueberries
Toppings
(Optional fruit toppings Red: strawberries, raspberries, or cherries. Orange: peaches, mango, pineapple, or oranges. Green: grapes, or kiwi. Blue/Purple: blueberries or blackberries.)
PREPARATION
- Toast waffle according to package directions. Then let them cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Cut the bottom two rows of the waffles to create a semi-circle.
- Spread peanut butter between the two waffles.
- Place the banana slices in the corner of the waffle for the clouds
- Add 3 or 4 layers of fruit, arranged in the rainbow shape, and enjoy!
