Ingredients
2/3 cup canned pumpkin or sugar pumpkin puree
½ medium bananas
1 cup vanilla soy milk or 1% milk
1 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp cinnamon

PREPARATION

1. Pour in the milk and the honey into the blender.

2. Then add the pumpkin purée and the banana.

3. Add the cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and blend. Add more milk until desired consistency.
