Ingredients
6 whole grain English muffins
¾ cup low-sodium pizza sauce
1 small can sliced black olives (need 24 slices)
6 part-skim mozzarella string cheeses

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each English muffin half.
  3. Put 2 olive slices over sauce for eyes.
  4. Make strings out of string cheese and put in crisscross pattern over sauce.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until English muffins are crisp and cheese is melted.
