Ingredients
¼ cup warm water
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 lime, juiced
2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, minced
2 teaspoons of low sodium soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoons of brown sugar
PREPARATION
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the warm water and peanut butter until it looks creamy.
- Add the vinegar, lime juice, ginger, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Mix until combined.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
