Ingredients
4 medium eggs
1-2 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Without adding the eggs, fill a large microwave-safe bowl with enough water to cover the eggs at least 1 inch.
- Heat water alone on high for 3 minutes.
- Place eggs in the bowl and cover with a microwave-safe plate
- On medium heat, microwave eggs for 3 ½ minutes.
- Let eggs cool in the bowl for another 8-10 minutes, or until they are easy to handle.
- Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
