Lemon Basil Cucumber Infused Water

Ingredients
4 cups of cold water
1 lemon
1/3 medium cucumber sliced
10 leaves of fresh basil, torn in half

PREPARATION

  1. Slice ½ the lemon into thin rounds
  2. Slice 1/3 of medium cucumber into thin rounds
  3. Combine sliced lemon, cucumber, fresh basil leaves, 4 cups of water in a large jug
  4. Squeeze the remaining ½ lemon in a jug
  5. Serve and drink immediately over ice or let infused water sit in the fridge for 1-4 hours to soak in additional flavor.
