Ingredients
4 cups of cold water
1 lemon
1/3 medium cucumber sliced
10 leaves of fresh basil, torn in half
PREPARATION
- Slice ½ the lemon into thin rounds
- Slice 1/3 of medium cucumber into thin rounds
- Combine sliced lemon, cucumber, fresh basil leaves, 4 cups of water in a large jug
- Squeeze the remaining ½ lemon in a jug
- Serve and drink immediately over ice or let infused water sit in the fridge for 1-4 hours to soak in additional flavor.
