Ingredients
7.5 oz. canned salmon, drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 stalk celery, thinly diced
¼ cup red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
Whole wheat crackers (optional)
Limes (optional)
Jalapeños (optional)

PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mustard and yogurt.
  2. Add canned salmon, bell pepper, avocado, celery, and red onion. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Serve with crackers.
