Ingredients
½ cup water
1 mint leaf
3 cups frozen blueberries, unsweetened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
- Bring ½ cup of water to a boil, remove from heat, and add torn mint leaves. Steep for 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool until room temperature.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
