Ingredients
3 cups skim milk
1 ½ cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 ½ cups thawed frozen or fresh fruit (Get creative –mix of your favorite frozen fruits – strawberries, blueberries, peaches, mangos, raspberries, blackberries, pineapple)
1 large banana

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all ingredients until well combined. Depending on size of blender, you may need to make this in two batches.
  2. Enjoy as a snack or for breakfast!
