Ingredients
½ of a (6 inch) whole wheat tortilla
1 tablespoon smooth nut butter (like sun butter, peanut butter or almond butter)
½ medium banana
1 tablespoon whole grain cereal or granola
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
Toppings
Cereal

PREPARATION

  1. Lay tortilla on a plate.  Spread nut butter evenly on the tortilla.  Sprinkle cereal over the peanut butter.
  2. Peel and place banana on the tortilla. Drizzle honey or syrup on top of banana. Roll the tortilla and enjoy! 

Optional:  garnish with more cereal on top.
