Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
½ cup cinnamon applesauce
½ cup water
Toppings
Optional: margarine, syrup, fruit

PREPARATION

  1. Combine pancake mix, applesauce, and water in a bowl and mix.
  2. Place ¼ cup of batter on a preheated frying pan or griddle to make one pancake.
  3. When the pancake has bubbles throughout and the edges have browned, flip it over.
  4. Remove the pancake once the other side has browned and plate it.
  5. Optional: top with your choice of butter, syrup, or fruit!
