Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
½ cup cinnamon applesauce
½ cup water
Toppings
Optional: margarine, syrup, fruit
PREPARATION
- Combine pancake mix, applesauce, and water in a bowl and mix.
- Place ¼ cup of batter on a preheated frying pan or griddle to make one pancake.
- When the pancake has bubbles throughout and the edges have browned, flip it over.
- Remove the pancake once the other side has browned and plate it.
- Optional: top with your choice of butter, syrup, or fruit!
