What is a Program Partner? Program Partners are organizations that work with the Central Texas Food Bank through specific programs to fight hunger in their communities. These programs include the Mobile Food Pantry, Healthy Options Program for the Elderly (HOPE), and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). The Central Texas Food Bank provides food, training, oversight, and other support for Program Partners at no cost.
