Restaurant and Bar Sign-up Now Open
Austin, TX – Austin Restaurant Weeks (ARW), presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Delta Air Lines, is back for 2022! It kicks off Friday, September 1, and runs through Sunday, September 11. Restaurants, bars and breweries may now sign up for this Central Texas Food Bank fundraiser. Since 2018, ARW has featured hundreds of Austin’s most popular establishments and raised enough to provide nearly two million meals for Central Texans in need.
During Austin Restaurant Weeks, participating dining and drinking establishments will offer prix-fixe menus and drink specials with a portion of sales donated to the Food Bank. There will also be other possibilities for restaurants that may need a different option that better fits their business model. Patrons aren’t directly solicited for donations and the proceeds help the one in seven Central Texans who are food insecure. It’s a delicious and simple way to help fight hunger while enjoying some of the best food and drink Austin has to offer.
With lunch, dinner, cocktail, beer and wine options available, patrons will have many opportunities to indulge their palates while supporting the Food Bank in the fight against hunger. Participants will be offering one or more of the following options during ARW, with a set dollar donation from each going to the Food Bank:
- A 2-3 course lunch priced at $20
- A 3-4 course dinner priced at either $40 or $60
- Tito’s Handmade Vodka-based cocktails at various prices
- Establishment’s choice of beer or wine offered at various prices
