Austin Reggae Festival

Mar17

Austin lives up to its name as the live music capital of the world yet again, with the Austin Reggae Festival right around the corner. The three-day festival takes over Auditorium Shores Friday, April 17 through Sunday, April 19.

In addition to exposing people from all over to local and national reggae acts, the festival embraces the belief that music can and should improve the lives of people who are in need. That's why the festival continues to fight hunger in Central Texas by benefitting the Central Texas Food Bank. This is one of the Food Bank’s largest fundraisers and in the last decade, it has helped raise more than $1 million to help feed families facing hunger in Central Texas.

This year’s lineup includes The Expendables, Tori Lattore, Collie Buddz, Patoranking, EarthKry and Gondwana. Stay tuned for more artist announcements!

Tickets for the festival go on slae February 3. For more information on ticket prices visit the festival’s website.

Festival goers are encouraged to use CapMetro, rideshare or ride their bikes.

Come out to celebrate the reggae spirit while fighting hunger in your community!
