For Amplify Austin, Oil and Gas Professionals Play a Round for the Hungry

The Austin Professional Landmen’s Association and the Austin Petroleum Exploration Society are holding their 7th Annual APLA & APES Austin Oil and Gas Golf Tournament, presented by Statoil on Friday, March 21, at the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa. We couldn’t be more pleased about the timing of their fifth benefit for the Food Bank.   Last year, this event raised more than $35,000 and their goal this year is to raise $40,000, the equivalent of 100,000 meals. This brings us even closer to our goal to raise 250,000 meals during the Amplify Austin 24-hour celebration of giving! We look forward to personally thanking the 248 players and 27 sponsors who are making a real difference in the health of the Central Texans who turn to us for help.
