The long-standing Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival is back to celebrate its 33rd anniversary. Take on the heat by sampling hundreds of hot sauces, cool down with beverages, dine on local eats, relax with live music and fight hunger.
Get fired up and eat the heat with 20 local and regional commercial hot sauce bottlers! Our panel of celebrity hot sauce judges will announce winners at the festival along with your vote for the People's Choice awards.
This year's festival returns to south Austin's favorite, Far Out Lounge and Stage and requires a ticket for admission. Tickets are $10 presale, $15 at the door, with $5 going to the Food Bank to help feed families in need. Save the date for September 10 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Get your tickets here.
