Antonelli's Cheese Shop: Cheese 101

For all the cheese lovers, get to know the seven styles of cheese at Antonelli’s Cheese Shop’s “Cheese 101” class. Learn everything about pasteurized and unpasteurized cheese while tasting specific examples, accompanied by olives, nuts, bread from Easy Tiger and additional pairing like chutneys and charcuterie, depending on the cheese selection.

The class will be on Monday, November 27 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. Tickets are $40 plus fees and can be purchased here. Wine or beer pairings can be purchased at the class or attendees can bring their own for a $4 set-up fee. More information on the class can be found here.
