Hunger Heroes

Every year, we recognize two hunger heroes who have made an incredible impact on Central Texas families. This year, we’re recognizing Abiding Love Lutheran Church and WP Engine at our annual Hunger Heroes celebration presented by Delta Air Lines.

James Beard Award finalist and Food & Wine Magazine's Best New Chef 2016, Chef Kevin Fink of Emmer & Rye and Henbit will craft a custom menu designed exclusively for event guests, to be served in the Central Texas Food Bank warehouse.

Tickets to the event on September 5 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m are available here. All event proceeds benefit the Food Bank’s hunger relief programs and services in 21 Central Texas counties.
